BDC recently acquired a portfolio of buildings located in downtown Davis, CA, commonly known as the Brinley Properties. The portfolio is comprised of 70,000 square feet of retail and office space on 2nd Street at the intersections of E, F, & G Street.
Some of the major retailers and occupants include Avid Reader, Fleet Feet, Watermelon Music, and Army Corps of Engineers.
