One of four Sloat Garden Center’s in our portfolio, this site was acquired through a portfolio acquisition of four Sloat Garden Center’s in Contra Costa county. The strategy was to acquire large infill sites, with below market rents, in high barrier to entry markets with plans for long term redevelopment. The tenant maintains 7 years of lease control at each location, speaking to BDC’s patient approach and long term perspective to its portfolio holdings and development plans.
