Crossroads West is a Costco anchored, 300,000 square foot, mixed-use retail and residential project located at the NWC of Oakdale Road and Claribel Road. This shopping center commenced construction June 2023 and Costco opened June 2024. The multi-family development adjacent to the centers retail will have an estimated 200 residential units, with construction estimated to start later this year.

Junior anchor, pad, restaurant and retail opportunities are available! Given the major success of the original Crossroads project at the NEC of the intersection, retail and restaurant interest has been vibrant.
