Point West Plaza is a 190,000 s.f. regional shopping center anchored by Kohl’s, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Old Navy, & Five Below. The center is strategically located off Arden Way & Exposition Blvd which collectively sees over 85,000 vehicles per day. Across Arden Way is Arden Fair Mall, home to Macy’s & JC Penney. To the east is the newly redeveloped Howe ‘Bout Arden project with Century Theaters, HomeGoods, Nordstrom Rack, & the Container Store. To the south, across the street on Exposition is Cal Expo where numerous events are held each year, including the California State Fair. Given the regionality of the area, Point West Plaza pulls customers from all over the Sacramento MSA and in 2019 had nearly 2 million visits to the center.
