The most recent Walgreens built for our portfolio, the building quality reflects the affluent community of San Ramon in which it resides.  Due to the infill nature of the land within an existing residential neighborhood, the approvals for this development required extensive community outreach and a creative approach from design teams to allow the project to fit within the site and the existing neighborhood fabric.
